MACHINE OPERATOR     (Willing to train)

Platinum Direct Hire Inc. has IMMEDIATE direct hire Machine Operator positions in the Windsor/Essex area. MUST be experienced in a manufacturing environment, mechanically inclined, have a valid driver’s license and your own transportation

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:

​

• 1+ year Machine Operator experience in a manufacturing environment

• Experience with inspection, machine setup, operating and monitoring of machines

• Loading and unloading of materials, record-keeping and other duties as required

• Ability to read blueprints ideal but can be trained

• Experience using precision measurement tools ideal

• Experience in a fast-paced work environment

• Mechanically inclined and able to lift up to 50 lbs

• MUST have a valid drivers license and your own transportation

• Forklift and crane certification an asset

• No tools required

 

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum high school diploma required

 

HOURLY RANGE:

​

• $19 to start plus shift premiums
