PROGRAM MANAGER

Platinum Direct Hire Inc. has an opportunity for an experienced Program Manager, to lead complex projects and act as the primary customer liaison within a fast-paced mold shop environment, in the Windsor/Essex area. Experience in a Tier 1 facility required.

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:

5- 8 years experience in a Program Management or relatable role
Knowledge of Plastic Injection, Compression and Other Molds
Act as the primary customer contact when leading projects from start to finish
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver programs on time and within budget
Experience delivering large scale projects within budget and meeting deadlines
Communicate project progress, milestones, and issues with internal teams and customers
Experience as a Customer Liaison including site visits
Plan, schedule and manage information at all stages of the mold build processs
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and health and safety regulations
Track project timelines, budgets and resources, implementing recovery plans when needed
Experience delivering large scale projects within budget and meeting deadlines
Support product development activities including design reviews, DFMEA, and program launches
Experience in a Tier 1 facility preferred
Support risk management and participate in engineering activities; design reviews, FEA, DFMEA and DVP&R
Proficient working with Microsoft Office Suite, CAD Viewers and Visual
MUST have a valid passport and able to cross border and internationally for supplier visits
MUST have a valid drivers license and own transportation
Strong leadership and communication skills required

DUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

Program or Project Management Certification preferred

SALARY RANGE:

$90,000 - $100,000++ DOE
