Platinum Direct Hire Inc. has an immediate opening for a Quality Assurance Manager, in a non-unionized, machining and fabrication environment, in Windsor/Essex. MUST have a valid drivers license and own transportation.

Employment Requirements:
​
-
3+ years in a Quality Assurance Manager/relatable position with a focus on machining and machining operations preferred
-
Supervise the quality team, ensure compliance with industry standards, conduct audits and drive improvements in quality systems
-
Manage and mentor the quality assurance team of inspectors and technicians
-
Provide training on quality procedures, welding standards and machining tolerances
-
Maintain accurate records of quality tests, audits, inspections, corrective actions and process improvements

Manage ISO, practices and procedures, as well as prototype and PPAP runs
-
Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
-
Must have a valid drivers license and your own transportation

Must be proficient reading blueprints
Education Requirements:

Certification in quality management systems or relatable certification preferred
Hourly Pay:
​

Pays up to $26 - $28+/hr
​
