Junior CNC Machinist ​

Platinum Direct Hire Inc. has an opening for a Junior CNC Machinist in Windsor/Essex. MUST have minimum 2 years experience, have a valid driver’s license and your own transportation.

• Steady days to start (First 3-6 months) 7 am - 4 pm

• Steady afternoons after the above; 4 pm to 1 am

• Shift premiums for afternoon shift $2/hr

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:

​

• Minimum 2+ years CNC or precision metal cutting experience preferred

• Set up, program, and operate Toshiba CNC Machines

• CNC Programming experience preferred

• Experience using Tosnuc Controls an asset

• MasterCam software experience a plus

• Experience using precision measuring tools

• Able to read blueprints

• Must have a valid drivers license and your own transportation

 

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum High school diploma

• Trade school diploma

 

HOURLY PAY:

​

• Pays up to $25/hr +shift premium for afternoon shiftDOE
