ROBOTIC PAINT LINE SPECIALIST (AUTOMOTIVE)

Platinum Direct Hire Inc. has an IMMEDIATE opening for an experienced Robotic Paint Line Specialist in a manual, automotive paint line environment, in Windsor/Essex. Must have a valid drivers license and your own transportation

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:

​

• Minimum 3 years experience as Robotic Paint Line Specialist with automotive painting experience

• Supervise and coordinate all work activities of the paint line department

• Experience with paint line systems, scheduling and mixing of paints

• Troubleshoot paint line defects and development of maintenance programs

• Experience with various finishes including clear coat, base coat and primer

• Programming of paint robots required in a manual paint booth

• Manual painting experience, troubleshooting and cleaning of paint line equipment

• Measure and test paint line applications including inspection

• Comply with applicable legislation, ISO quality programs and operating procedures of the paint process

• Must have own reliable transportation

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

• MUST have valid passport for occassional cross border travel

 

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Secondary school completion preferred

 

HOURLY RANGE:

​

• $29 - $35/hr DOE
