PRODUCTION OPERATOR

Platinum Direct Hire Inc. has an IMMEDIATE opportunity for an experienced
non-automotive Production Operator, in the Leamington area. Experience working with organics and raw materials an asset.  Must have a valid drivers license and your own transportation.

 

COMPANY PERKS AND BENEFITS:

•    Full time, Direct Hire Opportunity   
•    Rotating shifts Monday to Friday, 40 – 50 hours/week
o    Days 4 am to 12 pm, Afternoons 11 am to 7 pm
•    Saturday and Sundays 4 am – 4 pm when required
•    5 days per week with overtime, 40 – 50 hours/week

     IMPORTANT : You are required to work every other weekend or 1/2 of them

     FYI:  The weekend 12 hr shifts are included in the 40 - 50 hours/week

     When you work the weekend, you will get days off during the week

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:

•    3+ years of production operator experience in organic processing and related industries
•    Oversaw raw material intake, monitored production flow, and managed final product shipments
•    Operate and maintain equipment including forklifts, payloaders, conveyor belts, and Thor separators
•    Perform routine system testing, troubleshoot, and minor mechanical repairs
•    Maintain water and digestate lines, ensuring efficient system performance
•    Conduct equipment inspections and maintain accurate records of maintenance and operational checks
•    Load/unload hoppers and skids, maintain hopper levels, and manag pallet counts to sustain workflow
•    Comfortable working in all weather conditions, and able to lift up to 50 lbs 
•    Proficient using Microsoft Office including Excel

 

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

•    Minimum High school diploma  

 

HOURLY PAY:

​

•    $27 - $30/hr
