SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR

Platinum Direct Hire Inc. has a System Support Specialist position in the Windsor/Essex area, experienced working with internal computer systems and network infrastructure. MUST have a valid driver’s license, your own transportation.

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:

​

• 5 years’ experience as a System Support Specialist or relatable role

• Manage and maintain corporate IT infrastructure including servers, storage, networking, VMware, Active Directory, and Microsoft Windows Server environments

• Implement and support cloud solutions (Azure, Office 365), cybersecurity practices, and network security tools including VPNs, firewalls, and encryption

• Oversee user access, system documentation, software licensing, backups, and disaster recovery planning

• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues both onsite and remotely, ensuring high availability and data integrity.

• Collaborate with technical teams on IT projects, security operations, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards

• Deliver exceptional customer service while fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement

 

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Computer Science diploma or relatable education

 

SALARY RANGE:

​

• $70000 - $85000/hr DOE
