"D" LICENSED TRUCK DRIVER

Platinum Direct Hire Inc. has an IMMEDIATE direct hire "D" licensed Truck Driver opportunity in Windsor/Essex. MUST have no less than 5 years proven "D" licensed Truck Driving experience,  able to do both local and cross border deliveries, have a Fast Card and provide a clean drivers abstract.

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:

​

• MINIMUM 5 years "D" licensed Truck Driving experience required

• Able to do both local and cross border deliveries

• Keep daily log books of all deliveries and pickups

• Experience with loading and unloading trucks

• Must be current forklift certified

• Responsible for truck upkeep

• Perform regular routine inspections and maintenance

• Other warehouse duties when slow including shop organization when needed

• MUST be able to provide a clean drivers abstract

• MUST be able to provide a valid passport to cross border

• MUST have own reliable transportation

• MUST have 5 years experience to be insured

 

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid “D” Licensed Drivers license

 

HOURLY PAY:

​

• $25 - $28 /hr to start
