FINANCE MANAGER/ CONTROLLER

Platinum Direct Hire Inc. has an opportunity for a senior level Finance Manager, in the Windsor/Essexa area.  We are looking for a dynamic, operational Finance Manager to drive financial clarity and help scale the company’s infrastructure across distribution, manufacturing, and sales.

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:

​

• 8 years of progressive hands-on financial leadership experience

• Experience preferred in a manufacturing, inventory based or distribution environment

• Own all accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

• Manage capital planning, working capital, and cash flow forecasting

• Partner with Sales & Purchasing to analyze costs and maximize profitability

• Oversee ERP systems and partner with data analytics to build smart dashboards

• Collaborate with the fractional HR lead on workforce planning and policies

• Provide financial modeling and evaluation for potential acquisitions

• Design and implement the scalable workflows needed for our next growth phase

• Strong preference for experience supporting companies in the $20M to $50M range

• Experience using Genius or Epicor a definite asset

• MUST have a valid drivers license and your own transportation

 

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

​

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting; CPA designation is highly preferred

 

SALARY RANGE:

​

• Pays $10000 TO $120000 depending on experience
