CNC MACHINIST/PROGRAMMER (5 AXIS)

Platinum Direct Hire Inc. has IMMEDIATE CNC Machinist/Programmer opportunities in the Windsor/Essex area. MUST have experience working with 5-axis CNC Machines, TEBIS experience, have a valid driver’s license and your own transportation.

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:

​

• 4+ years of 5-axis CNC Machining experience

• Set up, operate and program 5 axis CNC machines

• Intermediate to advanced level machinists required

• MUST have machining experience in a tool and mold shop

• 2D and 3D machining experience

• MUST have TEBIS experience

• Verify machine settings and make adjustments as needed

• In-process inspections to ensure quality standards are met

• Maintain accurate records of tool changes, setups and production runs

• Able to read and interpret blueprints

• MUST have a valid drivers license and your own transportation

 

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Trade School Certification preferred

 

HOURLY RANGE:

​

• Pays $25 - $30/hr DOE Int to Advanced levels

• Apprentices may be considered however at a lower pay rate DOE
