Platinum Direct Hire Inc. has an immediate direct hire Shop Supervisor position, for someone experienced in a custom fabrication work environment, in Windsor/Essex.

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:

 

• 10 years experience in a custom fabrication environment

• Minimum 4 years experience in a supervisory position

• Experience working in various fabrication shop positions an asset

• Train and mobilize personnel to facilitate the achievement

  •  of your plant objectives

• Able to maintain efficiency, production flow and reducing costs

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced industrial work environment

• Experience managing multiple departments

• Strong blueprint reading skills

• Able to meet shift goals and production schedules

• Must possess a strong mechanical aptitude

• Own transportation required as not on a bus route

• Proficient with computers

 

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Post Secondary Education related to position

• Or 3 – 5 years fabrication supervision experience

HOURLY RANGE:

 

• Salary Up to $60000/yr
