QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER​

Platinum Direct Hire Inc. is looking for a highly accountable Quality Leader, to oversee Quality Managaement Systems in the Windsor/Essex area. MUST have experience working in a fabrication, machining and assembly manufacturing environment, have a valid driver’s license and your own transportation

Employment Requirements:

​

• 5+ years in a Quality Control/Assurance Manager/relatable position, in a regulated manufacturing environment

• Leader to oversee quality management systems and ensure excellence in all projects they deliver

• Lead Quality Operations: Oversee all QA/QC and maintain QMS standards (ISO 9001, CSA N299, ASME)

• Technical Oversight: Manage inspections, NCRs, and CAPAs in a high-precision CNC environment

• Documentation & Traceability: Own customer turnover packages, material traceability, and final certifications

• Client & Audit Liaison: Serve as the primary contact for customer quality requirements and external audits

• Operational Partnership: Work with Engineering and Production to integrate quality into the manufacturing lifecycle

• Culture & Growth: Drive continuous improvement and mentor a "quality-first" culture on the shop floor.

• Aerospace, defense or nuclear experience would be a definite asset ​

 

Education Requirements:

• Post Secondary diploma or degree in a technical/engineering field (mechanical preferred)

• Formal training/certification in AS9100 and/or ISO 9001

• ASQ Certification and Six Sigma training an asset

 

Hourly Pay:

​

• Pays up to $26 - $28+/hr

​
