PRODUCTION PLANNER / MATERIALS SUPERVISOR

 

Platinum Direct Hire Inc. has an IMMEDIATE opening for a Production Planner/ Materials Supervisor role in the Windsor/Essex area. Experience preferred in a mold shop environment. MUST have a valid driver’s license and your own transportation.

EMPLOYMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

​

• 4+ years experience in a Production Planning / Materials Supervisor role

• Strong production planning experience in a mold shop environment preferred

• MUST have logistics and supply chain experience

• Proficient using company portals

• Experience supervising and training manufacturing staff

• Ensure timely delivery of materials to production teams

• Manage inventory, shipping/receiving, forecasting and scheduling

• Experience conducting meetings with production team

• Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite and Visual ERP systems

• MUST have a valid drivers license, and your own transportation

• Strong leadership, time management and multi-tasking skills

• MUST have a Canadian passport and able to travel internationally as needed

 

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• College diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred

 

SALARY RANGE:

​

• $70000 - $90000/year DOE
