Platinum Direct Hire Inc. has an enticing role for a Ticketed Industrial Millwright Mechanic or a 2nd or 3rd year Millwright Apprentice, skilled in working with installation, repair and maintenance of CNC Machines, including mechanical or electrical assembly, in the Windsor/Essex area.

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:

 

• Minimum  3 years experience as a Ticketed Industrial Millwright Mechanic

• •  

    or 2nd or 3rd year apprentice with 5 years experience in the trade

    preferably in a CNC/ machining environment

• Mechanical, electrial and CNC control experience 

• MUST have experience with instalation, assembly, maintenance and repair of CNC machines

• Troubleshooting machine breakdowns and preventative maintenance experience

• Service work will be off-site at customer locations, in the Windsor/Essex area

• Experience using micrometers, verniers and calipers

• Proficient reading blueprints and mechanical aptitude

• Able to take direction and work with a Licensed Industrial Millwright

• MUST have your own tools required for the position

• MUST have a valid drivers license and your own transportation

       

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

 

• Ticketed 433A Industrial Millwright Mechanic OR

• 2nd or 3rd year Millwright Apprentice with 5 years experience

 

PAY RANGE:

 

• $40 - $45/hour - Ticketed Millwright Mechanic  

• $34 - $37/hour - 2nd or 3rd year Millwright Apprentice / 5 years experience
