Platinum Direct Hire Inc. has an enticing new role for a Business Development Representatitive, who has experience targeting agriculture, automotive, aerospace, mold/die, marine and engineering markets in the Windsor/Essex area. IMPORTANT: 50% Regional Travel is required!!!!

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:

• Bring 5–7+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial distribution or manufacturing supply, with proven quota achievement and experience closing $250K+ accounts 

• Drive new business and grow strategic accounts for Ramstar’s industrial supplies, vending solutions, and value-added services

• Prospect and close new customers across aerospace, automotive, agriculture, medical, mold/die, marine, and general engineering markets

• Build a qualified sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and partnerships

• Win business from competing suppliers through competitive pricing, differentiated service, and reliable supply.

• Prepare tailored proposals, quotes, and presentations that meet customer needs and profitability targets

• Expand inventory management, cloud-based vending, e-commerce solutions, and Master Distributor partnerships

• Build relationships with decision-makers, grow existing accounts through cross-selling, and coordinate seamless customer onboarding

• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and reporting; follow the sales playbook and share market insights

• Must have a valid drivers license and your own transportation

• Demonstrate strong negotiation, presentation, Microsoft Office, and CRM skills; a related  and 50%+ regional travel is required.

 

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum High school diploma required or experience

• Bachelor's degree in business and management preferred

 

SALARY RANGE:

​

• Pays $80,000 to $150,000 depending on experience, plus commissions and bonuses
