ENGINEERING MANAGER

Platinum Direct Hire Inc. has an IMMEDIATE opportunity for an Engineering Manager in the Windsor, Ontario. Experience in the plastics and tooling industry preferred.  Must have advanced level surfacing and mold design experience.

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:

​

• 8+ years experience as an Engineering Manager

• Advanced level experience in surfacing and Mold Design

• Coordinate projects with customers (Design, specs and timelines)

• Manage engineering team workload and schedules

• Review/approve mold designs, and flow studies

• Approve design changes, drawings and specs

• Liaise with vendors and approve outsourcing costs

• Lead tooling reviews and attend production meetings

• Complete work orders with the design department

• Cimatron software experience a definite asset

• Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite

• Must have a valid drivers license and your own transportation

 

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors of Mechanical Engineering

 

SALARY RANGE:

​

• Pays UP TO $140000/Yr to start Depending on experience
