JUNIOR ESTIMATOR JOB OPPORTUNITY

 

Platinum Direct Hire Inc. has an IMMEDIATE direct hire Junior Estimator position, for someone experienced estimating within a tool and mold environment preferred, in Windsor/Essex.

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS;

​

• 2+ years experience in a Junior Estimator/ relatable position

• Experience estimating on a tool and mold environment preferred

• Prepare, evaluate and forecast cost estimates for upcoming proposals

• Extensive job costing analysis and forecasting experience required

• Streamline and enhance processes related to project estimation, contract awarding, and financial tracking

• Process improvement and the adoption of new technologies

• Ensure that expenditures stay within budget limits

• Strong blueprint reading skills

• Update and track changes and pricing in database

• Proficient using Visual, Microsoft Office Suite and Viewing software

• Strong time management skills, multi-tasking and interpersonal skills

• MUST have a valid drivers license and your own transportation

• Non-unionized position

 

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

​

• Diploma or relatable education in Cost Estimating or Projection

 

SALARY:

​

• Pays up to $75000/year DOE
