CNC MACHINIST     

 

Platinum Direct Hire Inc. has an IMMEDIATE direct hire CNC Machinist opportunity in the Windsor/Essex area. MUST have experience working with CNC lathes and CNC Mills, able to program, and have a valid driver’s license and your own transportation.

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:

​

• 2+ years CNC Machinist experience

• Set up, operate and program CNC machines

• Experience with CNC lathes and CNC mills

• FANUC, Okuma and other controls

• Programming experience required

• SolidWorks or other relatable CAD software

• Experience in aerospace, defence or relatable industry an asset

• Proficient using precision measuring instruments

• Able to read and interpret blueprints  

• Perform routine maintenance

• MUST have a valid drivers license and your own transportation

• Mechanically inclined

 

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Machinist Trade school Certification preferred

 

HOURLY RANGE:

 

• Pays $23 - $34/hr Depending on experience
