MOLD MAKER/ TOOL LEADER

 

Platinum Direct Hire Inc. has a NEW direct hire Mold Maker opportunity in the Kingsville area.  MUST have strong injection molding experience, a valid driver’s license and your own transportation.

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:

​

• 5+ years Mold Maker or Tool Leader experience preferred

• Build, repair and modify molds

• Machine building and electrical experience a plus

• Non-Automotive machine shop

• Experience using precision measuring instruments

• Proficient reading blueprints  

• Operation of CNC lathes and CNC mills

• Troubleshoot tooling issues and co-ordinate tooling projects

• Co-Ordinate tooling projects and mentor junior employees

• Team leadership experience an asset

• MUST have a valid drivers license and your own transportation

• Non-automotive machine shop environment

• Strong mechanical aptitude

 

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Trade school Certification preferred

 

HOURLY RANGE:

​

• Pays up to $36/hr Depending on experience
